Unlike pricing for traditional ERP products, the standard No-Limits Pricing for VersAccounts is simple. It consists of a single Unlimited User Plan that offers customers the option of paying a flat fee for access to all the Core Software Modules in the system and for an unlimited number of Users.

In addition VersAccounts also offers Tiered Per-User Subscription Pricing through its Certified Solution Partners where customers are charged based on number of Users.

In both cases, Users may access any module in the core VersAccounts system. There is no per-module charge ever.

Tiered Per-User Subscription Pricing for the VersAccounts (Single Business Entity) ERP system is shown below.

To provide maximum flexibility to customers, VersAccounts offers a cancel anytime month-to-month Service Contract as the default.

However customers may also enter into Service Contracts ranging from 1-4 years with VersAccounts. The benefit of these Contracts is that they lock in prices for the Contract Term offering customers substantial predictability in terms of future costs.

Full Database Export

Other Cloud ERP vendors just provide a .CSV export of customer data. Under most conditions this is of little or no use as the relationships between data elements is lost. Further, there is usually no documentation as to what most of the exported fields are.

So, VersAccounts provides customers with the option of receiving a copy of their entire SQL database on a periodic basis. Because the database structure is well documented the database copy can serve as a local backup of data as well as local data warehouse against which reports and analytics can be executed locally.

Iceberg Option (Eliminates Vendor Lock-In)

Vendor lock-in is one of the biggest concerns a customer has when adopting a cloud solution. To address this concern VersAccounts offers two solutions.

Besides exporting their data and taking it with them, the Iceberg Option allows customers, who terminate their regular subscription service with VersAccounts, to leave their account in a frozen or dormant state with read only access to the account for as long as they wish.

As part of VersAccounts Order-To-Cash cycle, the Accounts Receivable feature can speed up and streamline key steps in cash management process ranging from invoice entry to the recording of payments.

Versaccount provides real-time insight into both your organizations current and aging receivables. Our Accounts Receivable feature was built with an understanding of some of the real challenges in managing accounts receivable. With our Accounts Receivable feature you can receive for any number of invoices, with a single payment, receive for any combination of line items on an invoice or receive payment on any portion of a line item. In addition, reduce rework and reward customers that pay on time or ahead by granting discounts on invoices, either when entering them or when you issue them.

Automated workflows built directly into VersAccounts accounts receivable features allow you to automatically calculates sales taxes, discounts, commissions and due dates, distribute invoice amounts to the appropriate General Ledger account based on the item sold. When applying payments VersAccounts lets you automatically apply cash receipts to open invoices and write off those balances. Cash can be accepted on account, and Balances can be written off.

In addition, managing multiple currencies through VersAccounts accounts receivable feature is simple and automated. Invoices and cash receipts can be processed in their natural currencies, the system is able to automatically accrue unrealized gains and losses on currency exchanges when applying cash receipts to invoices.

The Accounts Receivable feature also allows invoices and payments to be processed in batches or real time based on the organizations requirements. Invoice or memo numbers can be assigned automatically or manually and unapplied payments, credit limits, and past-due amounts can be detected and remedied quickly. Invoices can be generated in PDF or HTML format, with embedded PayPal and other payment links.

Define any number of discounts or surcharges, with default fixed or relative adjustments as well as establish and automate pre-defined vendor terms such as payment terms, discounts, general ledger accounts, payment priority and payment dates - you control what and how much gets paid.

Track billed items easily by linking bill items to their related receipts of services, inventory items, or fixed assets. Improve billing tracking for projects by linking bill items to projects and display summaries of expenses incurred on a project-by-project basis.

VersAccounts helps save time and reduce errors by automatically creating vendor specific reverse entries when the vendor invoice varies from the Purchase Order information entered – this is especially helpful when managing and tracking inventoried materials. We needed software that could import orders from multiple sales Chanels including brick and mortar stores, websites, phone orders and Amazon. We were also looking to integrate with other applications like sales force and ship station to handle our CRM and logistics. We needed the software to track and deplete lotted FIFO based inventory used to build manufactured products. We needed the inventory to sync across all selling platforms. The Versaccounts team has been able to deliver on all of the above and they are constantly developing and making their program even better.
