BVEssentials Sales Manager is an application that replaces the Order Entry module provided within Sage BusinessVision.

BVE Sales Manager provides the user with greater flexibility in data entry and better control over the Order Entry process. At the same time it generates all files that are consistent with those produced by the order entry module within Sage BusinessVision. As a result, once invoices are posted, all of the standard reporting and control functions of Sage BusinessVision remain intact.

The primary purpose is to update inventory and enter sales orders, posting the transactions to the appropriate G/L Accounts when they are completed. The primary users will be individuals who enter the sales orders and complete them. Other users may do the posting at the end of the day or week, review reports etc., depending upon the company requirements.

Because of our focus on distribution and small manufacturers we have key features like quick access to past customers sales and complete lot number control on inventory items.
