ReQlogic is a 100 percent Web-based requisitions system that automates the purchasing cycle, improving the efficiency of purchase order creation and the accuracy of the resulting data. ReQlogic is also a 100 percent Microsoft .NET-connected application that harnesses the power of .NET and XML. ReQlogic allows users to submit and review requisitions using either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape browsers.

Reviewers receive e-mail notifications that they have something to review, and may approve or reject the requisition lines forwarded to them or delegate them to another reviewer. Purchasing agents can either create purchase orders from approved requisitions, or fulfill requisitions from internal inventory. ReQlogic has unlimited approval levels through the use of an advanced Approval Routing engine.

Policies may be based on a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, dollar amount, GL account, department, location, project, task, customer, vendor, item or item category (e.g., I.T. item, capital item, etc.). Advanced budgeting functionality may warn users or prevent them entirely from submitting requisitions, if they have exceeded a budgeted dollar amount or a budgeted quantity for a particular period, or for the year-to-date.
