The TimeMaster is a simple to use yet powerful time clock solution that allows you to automate your employee’s time and attendance tracking. TimeMaster completely eliminates paper timesheets, which are the root of most HR/payroll nightmares! Employees enter data at an electronic data terminal using magnetic stripe, bar code or biometric time and attendance technology.

Badges are included with this timeclock system and optional PC entry is available. The TimeMaster’s time and attendance solution collects these transactions and your pay rules are applied automatically, consistently and impartially. The TimeMaster’s powerful reporting system provides you with the tools to better manage your time and attendance labor force. The TimeMaster’s reports helps you avoid unauthorized overtime, track employee status, track benefit administration, control departmental costs, monitor staffing, perform job costing, and much more. The TimeMaster’s data collection terminal comes with a 6’ cable for a direct, serial connection. You also have the option of using several of these data collection terminals on an RS485 LAN.

In addition, the TimeMaster time and attendance solution will support remote modem and Ethernet communications. The standard, automated timeclock polling and report generation capability allows you to define a processing schedule. TimeMaster will poll the timeclocks, process reports and even email them to supervisors automatically without operator intervention. The optional Benefit Accrual Module allows you to define benefit accrual calculations that automatically update your employee’s accrual balances. Data collection and integration is a crucial component to any time and attendance solution. Our bi-directional interface eliminates duplicate data entry and costly errors thus reducing administrative costs.
