The Series 5 Professional Invoicing system records billable, or non-billable, activity or disbursements performed/used by a company’s professional staff. Data may be entered from employee’s timesheets, or interfaced directly from user supplied sequential files or spreadsheets. The system automatically determines unit rates based on the Project, Customer, Employee and/or Task, or any combination of. A variety of different invoices may be generated, depending on the customer’s wishes, including printed or electronic in different formats. Revenue and Cost distributions may be generated by Project or Department. EDI invoice formats available include Ariba’s cXML, Ariba’s EDI, Ariba’s CSV, Paymentech Visa charges, MS Excel, LEDES 98b, or any customized variation. Customers are determined from, and Invoices are recorded to the Accounts Receivable system. Multiple Projects may be defined for each customer. A variety of different inquiry and reporting functions are provided.
