Purchase/Requisition Management System

Bizentro’s Purchasing Module handles each process from purchasing request, ordering, and storage to the generation of accounts payable, and ensures integrated information management on production, inventory, accounting, and the production cost. It can also provide necessary information for importing materials, such as offers, letters of credit, shipping and customer clearance.

Quality Management System

Bizentro Quality Management Module consists of inspection for materials coming from suppliers, inspection of in-house production process of raw materials, and delivery inspection conducted before product delivery. The result of each inspection can be analyzed graphically to accurately estimate the product quality of future orders.

In addition, during the inspection process, by linking measuring devices, like measurement Gage or instrumentation devices, to PCs at the time of the process inspection, data registration are automatically performed in sync with quality analysis(X bar-R chart, P chart, etc,). The inspection process can be monitored on PCs at work sites. An SPC function is provided to control, manage, and take measures to improve the defective product and correct abnormal patterns.

Sales Order Management System

Bizentro’s Sales Management Module manages processes from planning to order, delivery, sales, and the generation of accounts receivable. It also manages comprehensive information regarding offers, letters of credit, customs clearance, shipping and negotiations in overseas and domestic sales.

Sales planning is created based on long-and short-term management plan and production capability, and is reflected on the production schedule.

In terms of order management, the sales module is set up to reflect production planning, taking in consideration current inventory, production capability, and orders from customers.

It can inform customers of the expected delivery date for items by analyzing CTP(Capable To Promise), order management, production management, and capacity of suppliers, thus prioritize production capability depending on the delivery date.

In addition, it can check all the changes throughout the process ranging from production, inventory, purchasing and accounting level.
