Registered Software with more capabilities is also available. When a user purchases Registered Software, they get a CD and printed documentation and examples. All RealBenefits software products in the suite can function as standalone software or can also integrate as part of the suite, regardless of version.

The Free Version 250K is fully functional for properties with values up to $250,000. Each Registered Version has a higher limit on the maximum property value it can accept. Registered Versions are 500K, 1M, 5M, 10M, and 100M.
This software makes operating statements that conform to standard real estate practices. These operating statements are the standard tool for income properties and commercial real estate. Buy the version that meets your needs.
SCF software- Free Version or a Registered Version depending on if a Registered Version is purchased. The Free Version is fully functional for properties with monthly gross income up to $15,000. The Registered Version has no limitations.
The Start-up Cash Flow software analyzes income properties from the date an occupancy permit is issued to 24 months later. This software makes the most complete 10-year financial analysis possible and makes the most attractive printed presentations of any analysis software. According to RealBenefits’ tests, RealBenefits software is Y2K compliant whether any MS Office Service Releases are installed or not.
