Priority‘s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module includes two components:

  • Marketing automation for managing marketing efforts and pipelines.
  • Sales Force Automation (SFA) for managing sales reps and channels.

Priority gives users the benefit of full customer lifecycle management, from generating leads to recording a price quote and sales order, shipping the order, receiving payment, and handling service calls and repeat orders.
