NextEvent is your complete event planning solutions, allowing you to capture a wider audience and sell more tickets. This product will give you the following benefits:

  • Event Venues - This system allows you to graphically model any venue, allowing you to sell assigned-seat or general admission tickets. Tickets can be sold through the Internet or through a box office. This software also allows you to accommodate handicapped and special seating requirements, at both the box office and over the Internet.
  • Registration - NextEvent allows you to sell registrations for conferences, retreats, tuition, athletic leagues, etc. Furthermore, this product allows you to setup optional payment plans, allowing you to cater to all potential registrants.
  • Seat Assignment - You are able to individually select seats at the box office, and offer “best available“ seat selection over the Internet.
  • Checkout - Any customer checking out online can purchase tickets, registrations, and merchandise, and even give donations in a single transaction. You are even able to add customized fields to capture registrant information. The shopping cart interface is completely dynamic, meaning it only captures necessary information, although it is able to capture much more (depending on the users willingness to give out their information).
  • Ticket Distribution - Tickets can be distributed in all familiar ways (will call, mail, Internet printing, etc.) Additionally, you can allow your customers to elect their method of distribution, and setup additional fees for different methods.
  • Printing - This system allows you to print professional tickets, badges, and membership cards with any professional printer (Practical Automation, Eltron, Boca, etc.)
