Paymo is helping us to keep track in our fully virtual software development department. We have analyzed several competitive tools are currently doing fine having made the decision for paymo.
The good: Easy to use
The bad: no multi-user pricing is offered
I’ve been using Paymo off and on for years, and it’s been very effective in helping me keep track of actual time spent on projects. I use it both for clients who want a detailed report of time, and for supervisors who like to see documentation of time spent when working from home or certain projects.
I have found it easy to set up and use. I particularly like the fact you can set “rules” to make repetitive tasks go directly into certain files without having to organize them manually. Overall, a very good product.
The good: The ability to use “rules” to organize tasks automatically.
The bad: I wish there was a way to have certain tasks automatically delete via rules. It won’t do that, you just have to send them to a project then manually delete them. Still, this is minor.
Great app. Helps with task management and all the various progjects I have going on simultaneously.. Easy to use interface and design. Highly recommended.
The good: Easy sign in button.
The bad: None thus far.

Paymo is a fantastic product for tracking time, organizing projects and creating/submitting time reports.
The good: The feature I like best about Paymo is the mobile app.
The bad: The feature I like least about Paymo, is it can be a little glitchy while tracking time.

I use Paymo to keep track of my employees and I’ve been really pleased with the program thus far. Tracking time and generating time sheets is effortless. I appreciate the easy-to-use user interface as well.
The good: The best feature that Paymo has to offer, is probably the ease of use! My employees and I have been able to navigate the program seamlessly.
The bad: I’ve noticed a few glitches while Paymo has been “keeping time”.
Pay allows me to easily track my time by task and project for clients. It has reporting tools so I can review what I’ve done and how much time I’ve put into the work. Last, it allows me to easily create invoices and bill clients.
The good: The best thing about Paymo is how easy it is to track hours. Select the project and task and push a button. I don’t have to think about tracking my time. I just do it.
The bad: They provide a few desktop/mobile apps. However, They aren’t very good. I don’t mind using the web interface, but would love a complete desktop solution that match the features online.

I’m currently using a trial that allows unlimited projects and multiple users. It’s making time tracking among hourly employees of my company a lot easier, and is good for me just to see how I am using my time.
The good: I really like the timer and the ability to add and edit time if you forgot to use the timer.
The bad: One thing I wish you could do is add a project that doesn’t have a client so that I could keep track of time spent on tasks that are not necessarily.

So far, I really like the way Paymo works. It is exactly what I needed for my small business. It is going to make invoicing and keeping track of clients a lot easier!
The good: Ease of use. Different methods for sharing/sending.
The bad: I find the invoices a bit cramped and my company and bank info is a bit hard to find as it all runs together. But the invoices look good and it keeps client info well.

Paymo is a great tool for project management and basic invoicing. It has the added benefit of time tracking to better understand your projects and is very affordable for what you get.
The good: My favorite thing is the amazing features it has to offer for a very affordable price for a solo entrepreneur just starting up. It’s also very easy to use unlike some other platforms I have tried.
The bad: I really wish the team at Paymo would integrat a Gantt chart function to see your projects and milestones in this display.
I went on the hunt for a project management software not too long ago. After meticulously comparing features, testing products, and looking at pricing, I decided to go with Paymo. One of the most important features for me was an easy way to track my time while working on various products. One thing that I had never thought of was how cool it would be to bill directly from my Project Management software based on my imputed time! If you’re looking for a project management software, I would definitely recommend Paymo!
The good: I love how easy it is for me to track my time and then have the ability to bill clients directly from the platform.
The bad: It was a little difficult for me to figure out how to manually input time at first, but that was solved after reaching out to support.

This is a great productivity app. It tracks the time spent on each project, computes each team member’s productivity, it provides live reports for the customers, it provides one-click billing of the time spent, and so on.
The good: Very complex and robust, great for project management.
The bad: UX could be better. I would also love a feature that would take random screenshots of the employee’s desktop, so that the customer will know for sure that on hourly projects he is not being overcharged.

The good: Ease of use
The bad: nil

Paymo is great. I use it for my freelance business and I can not only send invoices and estimates to client, but I can manage each project I am contracted for. Amazing tool!
The good: I love that I can separate my clients and projects from each other for more organization. I also love that I can track time spent on each task.
The bad: The only thing I dislike is that with the price level I’m at I can only send 1 invoice a month.
Paymo is an online project management platform that allows you to keep track of a project from start to delivery.
The good: Paymo bundles task management, time tracking and invoicing.
The bad: Lack of integrations.
