See who is where, from anywhere!
Hourly employees clock in at office or ANY site with the biometric fingerprint scanner. When they are at client site, they call a toll-free number and enter their 6-digit PIN. Anyone can see, in real-time, who is in (green light) and who is out (red light). If an employee applied for leave, the button changes to white, and they can drill down for details.
Salaried employees don’t need to clock in/out, but can track their leave.
Using the employee portal myOpCenter.com, all employees apply for leave, and view leave consumption as well as approved timesheets.
Supervisors approve timesheets, drill down to view which site they were at, and adjust employees’ short time by any leave category, including supervisors’ discretion. [Leave is automatically accrued based on the Leave Rules Engine].
Payroll processors at Central Office can see duly-approved timesheets for Hourly employees, and drill down for details. Salaried employees’s times are auto-adjusted based upon Leave requested through myOpCenter.com.
Cost codes, with fixed %, can be assigned to each employee to enable cost code distribution.
