Dorothy from Unified Wire and Cable, Inc. says…
We are a manufacturer of wire & cable for the electronics, electrical, automotive, and military markets. Thus in this competitive marketplace, one of the things we like best about our OmegaCube ERP, is the way it will quickly produce accurate & competitively priced quotations – based on that day’s published Camden/Comex copper prices
The good: Also by defining certain attributes of an item, our system is able to group multiple sales orders (i.e. of various customers, items, etc.) into one work order, for increased efficiencies on our manufacturing floor.
Two more things we like about OmegaCube ERP involve our inventory. One being per our request, OmegaCube’s people set our system to track our inventory by manufacturing date, as it provides a particular advantage for us. While the second is the system’s ability to create transfers, adjustments, pick & pack lists, and physical counts – all with our mobile applications, saving a lot of time.
The bad: The support guys are great, though there is a occasional lack of communication when work is being done. We would like to see this improve, I must admit their work is always done well.
