The Land Management System is an add-on application that is used to manage the acquisition and development processes of oil and gas leases. This product is a complete package to managing all of your leases. This application will give you the ability to obtain vital information about an individual lease, group of leases or any other lease data needed. This product will generate checks for up to 12 different lease payment types, as well as providing historical records, and financial & lease reporting. This product features:

  • Over 200 different data fields available for reporting within each lease
  • User-defined categories available for company memos
  • System-wide search function allowing on-screen cross-reference and retrieval
  • Online inquiry to all master records
  • Check writing with automatic accounting interface, so checks are automatically posted to relevant accounts
  • Customized check formatting options
  • An infinite number of reports available
