It supports job and position control methodologies, maintaining position requirements such as skills, education, salary limits and descriptions. Requisition budgeting provides excellent cost analysis on your recruiting efforts. With Recruit, you can graphically match positions to applicants, and automatically rank and identify the "best match" for each position.
