With Business Summary you will be able to analyze financial ratios, cash flow, sales demographics, aged receivables, inventory turns, salesperson performance, customer volumes, fast moving items and the bottom line.

This is a top-down view of your business, that starts with an analysis of your Balance Sheet. The Financial analysis will provide you with success measures such as EPS, dividends, 12-month trailing earnings and ROI ratios. Furthermore, Nextsoft can provide you with real-time financial ratios, statements, and graphs outlining the health or liquidity of your business; without any input required from you. The Financial page includes a Balance Sheet with monthly, quarterly and annually comparisons, key financial ratios including Current, Quick, Debt to Equity, Debt to Assets and ROI. Each of these are also graphed over time to show the relative shift in financial position over time.
This page displays a summary view of your income statement, showing revenues, expenses, and profit. The detailed view, also presented, allows you to drill down to see each account detail that makes up a statement. The following sales ratios are displayed: Gross Margin, Operating Margin, Net Margin, Overhead Ratio and Sales/Earnings Growth. Additionally, a 12-month color-coded graph outlines month-over-month sales versus expenses and profit.
This page analyzes your Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, comparing due dates between these to calculate relative expected cash flow. Furthermore, both receivables and payables are broken into current, overdue, past due and delinquent.
This page shows you your top customers, highest selling inventory items, most productive sales persons/departments, most common zip codes, and highest volume states. These demographics can then be used by your marketing department to design tailor made marketing campaigns. Additional information provided by the sales page includes: up-to-the-minute monthly sales, average sale amount, sales by day, periodic growth, return rate and warehouse and production open orders.
This page provides you with information on the quantity of service calls received and analyzes it. With the Service page you will be able to view average sales per service call, average number of calls per day, sales per crew. This page also allows you to analyze sales by type, crew and date. Finally, the Service page allows you to view peak day trends by viewing total calls per day of a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month period.
