The Preventative Maintenance Module is another optional module you can purchase and integrate into Miracle Service. This module will inform you, upon receiving a service call, whether or not the customer contract requires a PM. It will also tell you whether or not equipment on service calls needs a PM but is not covered. This will allow your staff to sell a PM contract or a Quality Check while the service call is outstanding. You are given the ability to search through all due preventative maintenance calls within the next desired number of days or weeks. After doing this you are able to automatically generate all of the PM calls an give them a specific preventative maintenance task, to avoid cluttering up the outstanding calls screen. This module gives you all the tools you need to allow your service department to be pro-active in the sale of PM’s, and stay organized throughout the PM process.
