These are just two of over 130 standard reports in Miracle Service to give you the information you need at the click of a button. Microsoft Office compatible, the reports can be sent directly to Word or Excel.
Period Billing Module
The Period Billing Module is another optional module you can purchase and integrate into Miracle Service. This module allows you to set up the automatic creation of service contract bills, and automatically calculate charges for contracts invoiced over a specified period. To provide a higher level of accuracy in your equipment profitability calculations, the Master Service Contract Module will use periodic billing invoices in it’s calculations. This module gives you the flexibility to bill meter and equipment charges together or separately. Finally, this product can create invoices for master service contracts, allowing you to create one invoice for dozens of machines under the same service contract.
Purchase Order Module
The Purchase Order Module is one of the standard modules included with a purchase of Miracle Service. This module enables your staff to perform a variety of crucial functions, in a timely and efficient manner. This module is capable of purchasing and receiving inventory items, and supports the use of serial numbers for serialized equipment. Additionally, you are able to store actual item costs on serialized items. Within the system your staff can easily reconcile PO’s to invoices, giving you the correct inventory costs after the goods are received. You have the ability to order stock to various locations and track back-orders. You are able to customize security clearance and allow only certain members of your staff to approve purchases. In the system all supplier part numbers are automatically added and tracked along with your company’s product numbers. You can search your inventory and view all parts on order, giving you incredible visibility over all of your purchasing actions.
Master Service Contract Module
The Master Service Contract Module is your complete solution to creating, tracking, and completing service orders. Each contract can have as many pieces of equipment on it, with a history for each piece of equipment being logged. Available with this module is profitability reporting, each piece of equipment within a contract or the entire service contract will calculate expected profit before execution. Invoicing combines all pieces of equipment from a contract, and allows for partial billing at your discretion; revenue tracking is then performed for all contracts. Master Contracts are able to have metered equipment within it; additionally, multiple meters from various pieces of equipment can be combined into a consolidated meter.

Automate with Miracle Service and keep track of which equipment in your service base is due for preventative maintenance. Once contract information has been entered the software will automatically manage your preventative maintenance for you.
Multiple Warehouse Module
The Multiple Warehouse Module is an optional module, available for purchase and integration with Miracle Service. This module allows you to set up an unlimited number of off site warehouses or car stocks. After setting up other warehouses you can view valuation and quantity levels for each location. You can also set up Bin locations by warehouse and use parts from car stocks when closing a service call.
