Purchase Order Processing

This product is a full featured P/O processing system. It is designed to:

• Eliminate the errors in the transfer of information during receiving
• Export purchase orders to a hand held terminal to be received
• Automate the importation of receipts as they are downloaded
• Update purchase orders with received quantities and post their receipts

The MJD P/O Host Interface integrates with Sage Accpac ERP Purchase Orders module to export purchase orders and to access bar code and unit of measure information for exported line items. This product will then automate the transfer of purchase orders to a hand-held terminal for receiving. Once purchase orders are sent to the hand-held terminal you are able to receive goods electronically. Vendor bar codes can be uploaded to the hand-held terminal, meaning that when one item is scanned it is translated to your corresponding ACCPAC item number. This product will eliminate receiving errors, after the fact data entry, and all other resulting errors. Furthermore, you will be able to increase the volume of transaction and easily collect the serial and lot data.
