Vision Digital Dashboard is a dynamic Web page within Outlook 2000 that displays Vision XL reports, messages, Web pages, HTML or Word documents and Outlook Objects in one consolidated view. It allows you to pull together customized and key information within a single screen. Vision Digital Dashboard is a collection of HTML pages that utilize Active-X controls to standardize how content is delivered in Outlook. It provides an integrated view of key files and links allowing you to access important information fast, and thereby facilitating more informed business decisions.

• You can customize Vision Digital Dashboard to your specific needs using the Setup dialog box. You can easily and simply define colours, images, a default Web site and default settings for both your workbooks and your Digital Dashboard.
• Specify an automatic logon to all Vision products contained within your Digital Dashboard eliminating the need to logon to each product each time a link is clicked and a workbook is opened.
• Additionally, specify workbook settings such as the frequency you would like your workbook to refresh and the language you want the workbook to display in. Divide your Digital Dashboard into a number of Panes and specify the layout. You can have up to 5 Panes, each containing a different file, link or Outlook item. You can also resize your Panes if necessary.
• Organize your folders into files and links. Clicking a folder name in the Links list displays each file or link in the relevant Pane.
