Fusion is a robost ERP software package.

The good: We began using Fusion in late 2011 moving from SCS (a DOS based program). Since our transition to Fusion we could not be happier. I have used many Accounting software programs (ERP) over my 15 years and Fusion is by far the most user friendly and easy to use. The support for Fusion has also been wonderful. We have been able to customize many areas of the software and in most software programs you are not able to. We have very accurate and detailed cost accounting and streamlined operations since we moved to Fusion. 4 years later we are still improving our business through Fusion. We continue to grow and develop additional ways to improve our business. The personalize support has been the best support I’ve seen.

The bad: I wish some of the drill down capabilities on the reporting were more robust.
