Fully integrated with MAS90, IIG's Project Maestro uses the MAS 90 and MAS 200 customer database and updates the invoices generated into the A/R module. With Project Maestro you have the ability to re-print invoices, enter extended description or drill down from each customer to the services provided. Project Maestro enables you to track support calls and would inform the support desk if customer is over the credit limit, if the contract has expired or displayed the covered items and labor. Support desk staff has access to the knowledge base compiled based on the calls processed.
