Hardware and Operating Systems:
Customers may choose from the Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows NT, or Novell NetWare network operating environments. INCODE can provide a turnkey solution, including computer hardware, system software, and installation services provided by our certified technicians; or you may choose to purchase these products and services from other competitive vendors. Incode’s products provide a proven track record of moving municipal government customers from proprietary systems to an open system environment.
Additionally, INCODE is an IBM and Compaq reseller. INCODE retains these business partnerships, as well as staff certified in hardware and networking technologies, for the express purpose of providing turnkey solutions to customers looking for state-of-the-art network and software solutions.

INCODE offers a high level of support and services from our professional and experienced staff. In today’s competitive business environment, high-quality technical employees are difficult to find and often even more difficult to retain. Continuity of staff is important in a long-term relationship.
A company’s day-to-day support is only as good as its people. On average support and/or training technicians have four years of experience with INCODE. INCODE’s knowledgeable staff includes MBA’s, former city administrators, a certified criminal justice instructor and nine CPA’s. You will find Incode’s friendly staff pleasant to work with!
Prior to installation, incode’s staff works closely with the customer to create an implementation plan to fit the needs of the customer. The implementation process is monitored throughout the installation, conversion, and training steps. INCODE is continually working to improve the implementation process and offers knowledge and experience through our implementation services.
INCODE offers turnkey hardware, networking, and system software installation services. Installation services include installing cable ends, network hardware, installing and configuring system software on the file server and workstations, connecting and configuring printers, installing and configuring communications software.
Installation services also include the installation and configuration of INCODE’s application software, backup routines, security parameters, etc.
Data conversion is a priority concern for most municipal governments. If you have changed application software in the last five to ten years, there is a good chance the words data conversion conjure up unpleasant memories. INCODE has extensive experience with data conversions. Incode has successfully converted data for over 200 city governments. In addition to developing programs to accurately bring your data across, their staff provides on-site conversion assistance to guarantee your conversion is successful.
INCODE’s Software Specialists will train your staff in a quick and efficient method, resulting in your staff utilizing INCODE’s software effectively in their daily job functions.
A consistent interface throughout the software helps users gain a quick understanding of multiple applications.
Incode’s experienced and knowledgeable staff conducts the training in a professional manner. On-site training begins with a session conducted by one of our Project Managers. The training progresses with sessions conducted by Software Specialists trained in specific areas of the software, including on-site assistance during data conversion.
Software Support Plans:
INCODE’s maintenance agreement includes unlimited telephone support on our toll-free support hotline. The customer support staff can also access your system directly via secured dial-in support modems if necessary. INCODE’s library of specialized customer assistance programs is often used to assist customers with unique situations.
Software maintenance includes new software enhancements, updates, and new releases. Upon request, we will provide a complete user reference list. We encourage you to contact any of our customers about the quality of our ongoing support.
Network and Hardware Support Plans:
INCODE offers several different levels of network support plans from a staff of technicians, which are designed to help customers hold down the cost of in-house data processing staff.
The network and hardware support plans provide a proactive approach to potential problems rather than a reactive response; providing support ranging from remote monitoring of the network systems and after hours network support, to help desk support for hardware issues. This is a service, which INCODE offers to protect your network and hardware.
