Service Orders

ABC's of Service Management is your complete service order processing and scheduling solution. This product allows you to select technicians, and enter services performed (either before or after the technician performs them). Labor line items with the amount of hours required for the work are entered; followed by “materials,” which are imported from your QuickBooks inventory list. Orders can be scheduled electronically verifying that you won't over schedule any one technician. Service orders can be quickly converted into invoices and exported to QuickBooks, in an automated process. All invoices can be set to display only what you want your customers to see. All invoices are then automatically stored in your QuickBooks accounts receivables until payment is made.
