TPMCA is a cloud application engine running on Microsoft Azure that manages transaction traffic from the internet and from local client servers. It is an underlying application service that supports a variety of hybrid cloud/local server applications designed exclusively to specific customer needs. The following are a few real-life examples:
- Processing queries from insurance claimants and routing those query requests to Dynamics GP and returning real-time responses; and processing work orders from web repositories of insurance companies and creating sales invoices from those work order transactions in Dynamics GP
- Creating MRP reports from sales, purchasing and inventory data from QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online ERP systems and emailing MRP Excel Spreadsheet reports to authorized recipients
- Processing service work orders from field technicians in remote forestry areas and routing those transactions to a central office where they are compiled into sales invoices for Dynamics GP
- Creating a virtual warehouse management system nightly by importing inventory detail from FTP files of several large parts suppliers in a specific industry and programmatically de-listing and re-listing products for sale on eBay and Amazon.com
In addition to providing the underlying supporting application engine, the TPMCA monitors the statuses of the processes, sends text message alerts and email notices to end users regarding processing status, abnormal conditions, and conditions requiring follow-up.
The TPMCA is a powerful engine that provides an important base of support for hybrid cloud solutions.
