Reports:

Stock Movement - This is a summary report that displays opening stock, receipts during the period, issues during the period and balance stock and its value.

Stock Valuation - The stock valuation gives you the choice to view/print balance quantity and value for all the items or for specific group/category or items.

Stock Summary - The stock summary report gives day-wise opening stock, receipts, issues and balance of each item.

Re-Order Report - This report would display the available stock and the re-order level. If the available stock is lesser than the minimum re-order level, the difference of what should be ordered would be displayed with the cost of order taking the standard purchase rate into consideration.

Aging of Stock - Focus allows you to select the range of your choice as aging periods under which you wish to segregate the available stock.

Slow Moving Items - This report would display items according to the ascending order of the quantity issued through sales.

Order Management - Order management using Focus allows the user to enter both Purchase and Sales Order and print them at the same time. The orders booked can be recalled in the invoices upon execution of orders. The software allows the user to execute partial orders.
