FlexiSmart Vendor provides the ability to manage vendor information. From simply changing addresses or contact information to putting a vendor on payment hold, FlexiSmart Vendor makes the process simple. Additional controls provide the ability to force duplicate checking on a vendor by invoice number, invoice amount, vendor location, invoice date, or any combination thereof.

FlexiSmart Vendor makes it easy to add, update, or delete vendor information, including contacts, tax information, banking information, and buy and remit-to locations — as long as you have the security permissions to do so.
