FlexiSmart Customer

FlexiSmart Customer is used to manage customer information — from changing addresses or contact information to putting a customer on credit hold. Additional controls prevent invoices from being generated based on the status of the customer account, billing location, or shipping location. FlexiSmart Customer allows you to easily add, update or delete account information including contacts, sales representatives, and billing and shipping information (but only if you have the proper permissions).
