- Begin with an estimate and end with the receiving of payment.
- Create an estimate based on labor and material, set up job stages, and payment plans.
- Revision option – if the customer rejects the offer, you can change the estimate and choose which estimate to ultimately activate.
- Print out estimate, get it signed, and save it as an attachment to the job.
- Change orders – You can change the job with a change order at any point.
- Schedule for this job and track material and labor used.
- Each time a schedule is completed, the profit loss margin on the job changes.
- PO requisition – Technicians can request parts to jobs.
- Create the invoice for a specific job stage or just choose what percentage you would like to invoice for.
- Receive payment for the job.
