FieldOne Systems

Shortly after the company was formed in 2001, FieldOne Systems released their flagship product called StarTech. StarTech is an all-encompassing software package for service companies interested in mainstreaming their workflow into a single intuitive package. StarTech handles every aspect of the daily workflow for service companies, from the initial client call down to the creation of invoices, the receiving of payments, and the synchronization to a companies' existing accounting package. StarTech can easily handle both the daily operation (scheduling, inventory, customer info, estimating, etc.) and the back end organizational aspect of service businesses, (overdue customers, full reporting, etc.). StarTech is fully integrated; enter data in one functional area (such as the customer's info screen) and it automatically flows into the others (estimating, invoicing, directions for technicians, etc.)
