ExpenseWatch is focused on establishing itself as the clear leader in expense control solutions for small and midsized businesses by delivering products & services that automate manual, time consuming paper-based processes while enabling visibility and control of all company spending. ExpenseWatch was founded in 2000, and released the first version of its expense control service in 2003.

With headquarters in Conshohocken, Pa., the company is privately held. Representative of the growing market acceptance of on-demand solutions by small and midsized companies, and ExpenseWatch’s ability to align to that demand, existing investor, Bezos Expeditions, the personal investment company of Jeff Bezos, completed a private equity buyout of the company in March 2007.
