Citizen Web will allow all of your customers to pay their municipality originated bills online; areas of municipalities this application is already being used in are: utility billing, personal property tax, real property tax, public tax records, and permits. This product is adaptable to your desired visual appearance; therefore you can allow the appearance of the system to be the same as your customer's existing web site.
Every feature within Citizen Web can be enabled or disabled; for example, changing mailing addresses can be done by your customers online, or you can elect to have them contact your staff. Additionally, features on the customer menu, can be turned on or off; allowing certain features to be turned on only after a customer has logged in. Credit card authorization can be done using any credit card authorization system. This product is fully customizable, allowing your staff to change the information displayed on every page; and even the language, as Citizen Web supports both English and Spanish.
