Work Orders

PMC's Work Orders Module allows you to generate, manage, and report your work orders. Combination of multiple work orders can be easily done by creating a master work order. Additionally, the Work Orders module includes the Work Order Glance feature; that allows you to easily manage your work orders. This feature displays work orders in a calendar format allowing you to easily view conflicts and edit the work order to avoid them. You can also assign labor hours to work orders, allowing for faster processing and closing. Generation of work orders is done in three ways:

• By manually filling in all fields necessary to create a detailed work order; using the Full Process option.
• Via a work request form; using the Work Request option
• The Brief Create option allows you to only fill in the most necessary and important fields for emergency work orders.
