Time and Billing

Creative Billing Online from DesignSoft features full time & billing management capabilities. First, you can enter any number of projects with descriptions, contacts, status, type, and additional comments. For each project you can enter time, expenses, and out of pocket costs; all with pre-set markups that you define individually for different tasks. There are no limitations on the number of clients, vendors, business contacts, or even the number of simultaneous users. The stopwatch allows you to set multiple timers that post directly to your timesheets for later imports. With Creative Billing Online you can assign individual tax rates for any task or service; and adjustment entries allow you to manage pre-payments, retainers, incremental billing, discounts, and special charges. The project summary screen allows you to view all accumulated charges, taxes, balance against quotes, profit and loss, and billing history. All invoices and quotes can be formatted to show only what you want your clients to see. All invoices and quotes can be output as HTML, PDFs, Excel (XML), Quark Xpress, or Microsoft Word file formats. All projects can be invoiced by set amounts incrementally, by charges to date, by quote, or by the entire project. A simple accounts receivable interface records invoices for easy tracking; or you can choose to export them to other billing systems you currently run.
