Corecon's Estimating module is a robust tool that streamlines the entire estimating process. Corecon allows you to create cost databases, manage sub/supplier pricing, and track multiple estimates for Leads and Projects. Corecon's integrated solution allows a smooth transition from estimating to project management and accounting for awarded projects.

Cost Databases

Save time when preparing an Estimate by building your own cost database or subscribing to an industry standard cost database such as RS Means. Corecon also offers import capabilities from Microsoft Excel to build a database quickly.

Estimate Takeoff

Corecon's Estimating system is a true database application, not a spreadsheet. With a single click, you control how takeoff items are grouped and viewed with special drill-down capabilities. Cost Items and Scope of Work (Inclusions/Exclusions/Clarifications) can be organized up to 4-tiers using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Markups can be added to an individual item, section, or for the entire estimate.

Bid Management

Corecon's Bid Management is unique and directly integrated into the Estimate Takeoff system. A central console for managing subs and suppliers makes it easy to request, collect, and update pricing information from subs and suppliers. Using the latest in technology, one can send detailed bid invitations via email or fax. Corecon also provides free collaboration allowing bidders to update the pricing remotely making it a pain-free paperless process. Analyzing the bids side-by-side using the bid analysis feature create the most competitive proposal.
