We were using stand-alone systems including databases, Excel, and Microsoft Using multiple systems was complicated and used up a lot of server space. Project Plans. We wanted to get an integrated solution. Clarizen put everything in one place, one location. It updates in real-time, easy views. Clarizen provides us with one source of information throughout the business, allowing us to make informed decisions.

Our project teams can collaborate even from different locations. Our sites in the US use the same systems. We use Clarizen extensively for communication on projects. For example, the support engineers in America will have a conversation with a customer at the racetrack. They then post something in the social collaboration tool and it’s immediately seen by our UK office.

The biggest reason we chose Clarizen was that it gives us the ability to make updates ourselves without having to pay consultant fees. We also have real-time access from anywhere in the world, because it is SaaS based.
