Board of Directors
Clarizen’s Board of Directors consists of a group of outstanding individuals with great accomplishments, including Clarizen’s CEO and three members of leading venture capital firms. All three members bring years of leadership experience and great accomplishments in their field of knowledge.
Clarizen’s Advisory Board consists of two experts with years of experience in the Software Industry and Product Lifecycle Management. The Advisory Board provides ongoing guidance to Clarizen’s management team.
Clarizen received first round of funding from Benchmark Capital, Carmel Ventures and Vintage Investment Partners. Michael Eizenberg of Benchmark Capital, Avi Zeevi of Carmel Ventures and Alan Feld of Vintage Investment Partners, are also active members of Clarizen’s Board of Directors.
In December 2009, Clarizen received a Series C financing round led by DAG Ventures, Benchmark Capital and Carmel Ventures. In June 2012, Clarizen received a Series E growth financing by Vintage Investment Partners.
