Workflow

The project management module allows you to manage any of your business processes (with no limitation on process states and transitions). Throughout each state of a process, the applicable user within your organization will be prompted when a task must be completed. This module is incredibly dynamic and can be used to define ANY process in your business. The Workflow module also allows you to create customized reports that are able to be saved and used for informative purposes. With automated alerts your Project Team Members will always be aware of your scheduled projects and their deadlines; as well as any changes that are made to schedules.

Your Project Managers are allowed great independence in scheduling with the ability to schedule multiple projects, sub-tasks, constraints, and dependencies. Your Project Managers (and team members) will be actively alerted on task progress and slippages. Furthermore, Celoxis will allow your Project Team Members to report expenses online; and conversely allow your Project Managers to approve those expenses online, therefore saving time for everyone involved. At the highest level, Executive/Senior Management will be able to monitor all aspects, of every project you are involved in, to it's completion. Finally, Celoxis will provide you with a free client account. This is done so your clients will also be able to monitor your project and task status; and to participate in online discussion and approvals.
