If youre on a self-service SingleFeed plan, you can email SingleFeed with questions about the service or just find the answers in the SingleFeed support portal. Higher level plans come with an account manager who is available over the phone.
If you have any questions about your data feed, you can work with your Celerant account manager to implement changes and updates. This work will be part of your regular service contract with Celerant.
