Composer NPD™ interfaces directly with Peachtree Premium Accounting for Manufacturing to produce purchase orders. The key benefit of using Composer NPD™ is the ability to create an unlimited number of receiving units-of-measure for each raw material and manage the conversion to stocking units when the material is later received. Many accounting packages limit the number of receiving units that can be defined.
