The BMSI Municipal Geographic Management System is designed to be the place where all of the records and processes regarding land parcels and licenses are tracked and recorded.

MGMS keeps records of all actions necessary when granting building permits, health permits,planning and zoning permits, violations and code enforcement.

MGMS generates all of the paperwork, notices, etc involved in the process.

It provides lists of tasks to be completed before permits and/or licenses can be granted.

If the system is integrated with GIS, Abutters lists may be printed.
