Billing

Bill4Time allows businesses to set billing rates for each user, then override those rates for specific clients. Businesses can define a case at a flat hourly-billing rate for all users or bill flat-fee or contingency for a case.

Case Management

Bill4Time’s Case Management features allow users to view a case and quickly see everything the business need to know. Users can see what work was done, when it was done, and by whom. Users can also add notes and comments to the case, see how much time has been billed, scheduled events, deadlines, and appointments.

Document Management

Bill4Time’s FilingCabinet feature allows you to store virtually any type of document in a client’s file or as part of a case. You can attach pictures or scanned documents, audio recordings, videos, text documents, and pretty much anything else, for easy retrieval whenever you need them.

Time Tracking

Bill4Time allows users to track billable and non-billable time, easily run reports to show time billed in a week or month, by client, by user, or by case. See which users aren’t recording their time.
