4th Quarter GL

4Q's patented GL module is part of 4Q's Core accounting engine. The Core provides complete back-end services for AR, AP, GL, Cash, Auditing, and Financial Reports.

The GL, and its associated chart of accounts, enables you to create an unlimited number of journals, and to control what users have access to the accounts on each. In this way 4Q supports both separate operations of related companies, and their consolidation on financial reports.

With 4Q's optional Multi-currency Module you can define an unlimited number of foreign currencies, track both the system's base and each accounts' foreign currency balance simultaneously, and create financial reports in single or mixed currency formats.
