This is an internet-based Time and Effort Approval System. It fulfills investigator approval requirements at NIH funded institutions. It also allows your managers to securely view any report at their convenience.

This system uses the World Wide Web to host a dialogue between your managers and the accounting department. It includes a paperless audit trail and a Windows based tickler system to assure you are in compliance. EARS allows you to listen to your managers no matter where they are located.
