Project & Order Setup

These modules allow users to create templates for Quotes, Projects, Jobs, and groups of Jobs.

Templates

The Templates module stores templates for Quotes, Projects, Orders, Estimates, and Jobs. Users can simply select a pre-existing Template for these records rather than needing to re-enter similar data over and over. It also offers management the opportunity to standardize activities and better control wording viewed by clients.

Job Groups

The Job Groups module stores templates for groups of Jobs. Each line item corresponds to a single Job. Users can enter Job data for each record and select a Template as the basis for the Job’s budget. Each line item can also be assigned a Task Group for the pre-creation of Tasks. This module offers management the opportunity to create Templates for sophisticated fulfillment processes.

Task Groups

The Task Groups module stores templates for groups to Tasks. These Task Groups can be assigned to Templates and Job Groups. They can also be used to create sets of Tasks on the fly.

Teams

The Teams module stores Team records. Each Team has a name and links to one or more Employee records. Teams allow management to segregate transactions by different groups of people.
