The Internal portion of the system includes modules for storing information about internal resources, including Employees, Offices, Group Resources (notes), and Documents.
The Employees module contains information about past and present employees and candidates. There are sections for emergency contact, general HR, job description, entrance, and exit information. Salary and bonus tracking is also featured.
The Offices module stores your corporate locations. Each record contains company and contact information. Each office can also include custom branding, and accounting reports can be printed on a per office basis. This allows aACE clients to manage each office as if it were a discrete business as well as manage the business as a whole.
Group Resources is essentially a large Post-It Notes module. Users can use it to store random bits of information relevant to their work. A computer programming company might, for example, use it to store links to good programming web sites.
aACE features fully-integrated Document Management. Documents can be attached to Sales Leads, Projects/Orders, Jobs, Purchases, Companies, and Contacts. Users can view and restore previous versions. Documents can also be marked as private for restricted access. The files themselves can be stored in the database or on your server.
Note: aACE also features a Production Folder tool for storing production files on a file server. This is useful for large files, documents requiring folder hierarchies, and other items of this nature. The Document Manager is perfect for attaching contracts, proposals, and copies of financial documents to records.
