Quality Control Management

With UA Quality Control Management you can insure that only quality materials and goods are entering and exiting your plant.

Your customers expect the highest level of workmanship for the products you manufacture for them. You also expect quality raw materials from your vendors. The UA QCM components insure that all raw materials you receive and finished products you produce have gone through extensive testing or sampling as described by applicable Quality Plans.

UA's QCM gives you flexible options on how these products enter your inventory system. You can elect to have them Pending Quality Inspection, or bypass this process and have them immediately Available to Promise or Produce.

Equally flexible features allow your company's responsible managers to easily follow the Quality Control steps, and assign them to Work Centers where such inspections will take place.

You can also sample the resulting products, and even sample intra-materials during the production process. Additionally, sampling of Intra-Materials may lead to optimizations in the production process, thus saving costs once a defect has been detected. Items that have passed the QC stages can be certified as such, and will carry this certification indicator with them.
