In the early 1980's, ADS developed and supported a product to satisfy a significant market of schools and non-profit organizations in northern New England with a fund accounting solution. Then in the mid-80's, ADS became a source-code dealer of the COBOL-based RealWorld Corporation accounting solution, modified that code for fund accounting, and released our own ADS ProFund® Series of Fund Accounting, which continues today to serve clients across the nation. That product offered our clients the best of the new world of computing and brought ADS national recognition as a software developer.

Today, as we have since our founding, ADS is driven to provide the finest solutions for fund accounting. Our exceptional team of developers maintains their commitment to excellence with continued development of the ADS ProFund Series. Utilizing the industry-standard Microsoft tools of Visual Basic, SQL Server database and Windows operating systems, ADS has developed ADS ProFund SeQueL™. This next generation solution for school systems, municipalities, and non-profit organizations offers upgrade options for ProFund clients and is available now, directly from ADS. ADS ProFund SeQueL utilizes Crystal Reports from Crystal Decisions for standard reporting and powers all financial statements with the FRx Financial Reporter from FRx Software Corporation.
