The Customer Management Suite includes sales automation, marketing automation, and service/support automation modules for managing leads, contacts, opportunities, and business accounts. Each module includes several reports and inquiry screens which can be customized using the Acumatica customization tools and report writer which are included with the software.

Integration with the Financial Suite delivers a single consolidated view of all customer contacts. Users can see real-time sales data and forecasts through dashboards and reports.
