An anonymous Print Shop Manager user says…
Print Shop Manager was easy to setup and use. The support during setup was excellent. Once we had it setup and were using it we found that we could customize it in several ways to suit our customer base and estimating needs. The Job Tickets it prints are great for producing the jobs. Once we complete the job it is easy to create the invoice and email it to the customer.
The good: Very easy and intuitive to use Easy to maintain prices and price increases over the years
The bad: It does not automatically backup the data. We must include it in our own backup routine
