The Shopping Cart Integrator will allow you to import your shopping cart orders into QuickBooks and process them as Invoices, Sales Receipts, Estimates, or Sales Orders with Payment transactions or Invoiced Payment items. All order types in QuickBooks are dynamic, allowing for several status levels. Customers can be added to your QuickBooks database through the shopping cart, and so can items. Other features this product will give you are:

  • Purchase Orders for Drop Shipping
  • Print Barcodes to affix to packages
  • No QuickBook's IIF files
  • Flag cart database orders as 'imported'
  • Real Time Simulation (i.e. download every xx mins)
  • Supports Sales Tax from Cart
  • Replacement mapping of lists (i.e. items # from Cart to QuickBooks item #s)
  • Supports Shipping, Handling, Coupons, Donations, etc.
  • You are able to update the carts' database with an Imported flag and/or date
